There is no better way to understand your new storefront than becoming the very first customer. Visit your storefront URL and create an account. This will be your default customer account. Once done, return to your reseller control center and set yourself as a discount shopper by visiting the Control Center > Reseller > Reports > Customer Lookup > Your New Account > Selecting the Discount Shopper box.

This is an optional process that allows you to buy products at the wholesale cost price. Some resellers prefer to skip this step and have the commissions flow through their business.

Becoming your first customer allows you to begin the process of centralizing any existing domains and websites at your new reseller business. Supporting your business as the first customer has tax advantages and lays foundation for future growth.
